Appointments

Appointments can be made by phoning Wishaw 361716. Patients should attend their appointments at the arranged time or inform the surgery as soon as possible. The doctor or nurse may refuse to see latecomers.

Additional appointments should be made for more than one person.

Telephone Consultations

You may agree to a follow-up consultation over the telephone at an agreed time. This would be useful for checking progress and treatment, reviewing medication or discussing test results.

Training 

The practice helps train medical students and your permission may be asked for them to be present during your consultation or to ask you some questions.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Patients persistently failing to attend appointments without informing the surgery will be removed from the practice list.
